The HopeStreamer Project Roadmap:
- Live DJ streams on Twitch, with every sub and donation going to non-profits and people in desperate need of hope.
- An online community for people in need of hope, and those with hope to give to others who need it most – through listening, words of encouragement, and crowdsourced financial support when money can make the difference for hope.
- Pop-up fundraiser dance parties in Central Texas and beyond.
- Big picture: daytime coffeehouses and co-working spaces that turn into nighttime sober dance clubs to give people a healthy option to gather and party together; a safe space for all people, supporting those going through mental health and emotional challenges, including casual and comfortable access to trained counselors.
- Bigger picture: a non-profit ecosystem built around the music scene that provides housing, addiction and trauma recovery, job training, job placement, and mental health support, with a unique focus on long-term follow-up, support, and advocacy.
- Biggest picture: Lives helped now turn into new legacies of hope for generations, where those healed pay it forward to others, their children, and their children’s children.
I’m just one guy putting puzzle pieces together – all love goes to the HopeStreamer community for making any of this possible.
